The EDOC system

Psychology and behavioural sciences have become increasingly important as a source of knowledge for development, business growth and talent management. In the global economy today we are required to adapt to change quicker than ever before - EDOC will keep you agile, focused and committed to success.

The EDOC system (Ensize Dynamic Online Center) contains analyses and tools that make it possible to give measurable answers to many of the questions that you or your organisation have to face. The purpose of all assessments and measurements is to provide feedback. Feedback gives the individual, the team and the entire organisation prerequisites to perform better.

The EDOC system does not require any software to be installed. All you need is an internet connection. The system includes functions such as planning, follow-ups, reporting, report print-outs and much more.

To get started, register for a certification course in which you will learn to use the EDOC system’s different functions, as well as to give feedback when using the tools that you have access to. When signing up for certification you choose the purchase option that best fits your needs. When you have completed this certification course, you will receive a personal login to the EDOC system and can start using the assessments and tools.

Tools inside the EDOC system - When and how to use it

The Puzzle DISC is a behavioural style assessment used in many situations in which people’s differences are significant, e.g. group development, leadership development, sales development, communication and as a support tool for recruitment. People’s behavioural styles differ. Knowing and understanding each other’s behavioural style creates a more open corporate climate. The Puzzle DISC is a tool that provides increased self-insight and facilitates communication.

The Driving Forces is an assessment tool used to find out what motivates different people in their work. We are steered by our personal attitudes, interests, goals and preferences. The Driving Forces is a useful tool in many situations in which people’s differences are significant, e.g. group development, leadership and sales development, communication and as support tool for recruitment. The Driving Forces is a very useful complement to the Puzzle DISC.

combo_blue__square_168x154The Combination assessment is the combination of our tools Puzzle DISC and Driving Forces. The combination assessment includes a third part where the 7 driving forces are analysed according to the participant’s dominant colours. In addition to the individual version, a group report is available where you will be able to locate all the members of a team depending on their colours, motivations, values and behavioural characteristics. The combination assessment is a powerful performance indicator which allows you to diagnose your team, identify the team’s comfort and discomfort zones and determine your actions for the future.
The Thermometer Climate evaluates the "temperature" of the business climate. A good working climate and satisfied customers are essential for success, from the point of view of both profitability and health. The Thermometer is a study that is used to measure the internal climate of a company, division or team.

The Thermometer Communication study is easy to use and flexible for those who want answers that are easy to interpret. A communicative manager finds out what his or her group, department or company thinks of his or her as well as the company's way of communicating.

The Team Evaluator measures key qualities for a successful team, such as common goals, trust, leadership and feedback. It measures which qualities the team as a whole sees as important, as well as how well the team believes it performs in terms of these qualities. It also provides the team leader with valuable information when it comes to coaching the team to success.

The Boomerang is a 360° analysis (a multi-rater assessment), in which you value your own actions in various work-related situations. The Boomerang is an effective feedback tool and is used as a basis for personal development, planning and coaching. The assessment can also be used as the basis for reflections on this, and it provides valuable information on what may need to be changed.
The Snapshot is a good way to find out what an organisation thinks about you and your company’s goods and services. Snapshot is a dynamic survey engine in which you can create and add your own categories and questions. You can choose different responses, such as yes/no, free text, grade, single choice and multiple choice, etc. You can also steer the survey according to conditions, i.e. you can ask relevant follow-on questions depending on how the respondent answers a particular question.
